How do I add products manually in Mirakl ?

Your Mirakl account lets you create a single product listing without using an import file. This article details the product attributes to fill in, how to set up size variants and how to check what you have created.

Before you start

• Access to Catalog Manager in your Mirakl back office
• The product images hosted in jpg format

Adding a product from Mirakl

The walkthrough below shows the full product creation path from your Mirakl account, screen by screen.

Filling in the product attributes in Mirakl

• Give the product a title related to the product itself, not a list of keywords.
• Fill in the Modèle (model) field without pasting the title into it.
• Fill in every field marked with a red asterisk.
• If your Marque (brand) does not appear in the list, contact support to have it created.
• Images must be in jpg format and must not exceed 10 MB.
• Clé image principale, Clé image 2, Clé image 3: leave these fields empty.
• SP2_Sport: fill in the sport the product relates to. Do not enter more than 5 SP2 values, as the listing may be rejected.
• Fill in as many attributes as possible (Genre, Couleur Principale, SP4…) to improve the categorization and the visibility of your product.

Setting up size variants (Variant Group Code)

Use Configuration des variantes (variant setup) to group products offered in several sizes.

Alltricks groups products by size only, never by color. To be grouped as variants, products must share exactly the same attributes (same color, etc.) and differ only by their size.

1. Click Ajouter une variante (add a variant).
2. Fill in the size-related information for the product (Shop SKU, EAN, size, etc.).

Filling in the offer attributes

Fill in the offer information. This step must be repeated for every size variant of the same product.

Checking what you created in Mirakl

You can check all your imports, offers as well as products, from your shop. You can also download the error report to understand how to correct your manual product or offer creations.

In short

• Fill in every field marked with a red asterisk, plus as many attributes as possible.
• Never fill in the Clé image fields.
• Group variants by size only, never by color.
• Create an offer for each size variant.
• Check the error report after each creation.
