After filling out the store creation link form, here are the steps to follow to activate your store:
Step 1: Download the 4 KYC documents
In My Account => Settings, go to the very bottom of the page and upload the following documents:
1) ID → Copy of both sides of a valid ID of the legal representative (example: passport or ID card)
2) KBIS extract of the company's registration → Document certifying the registration, dating less than three months (Kbis extract)
3) Distribution of powers → Signed articles of association with the distribution of powers (specifying the address of the registered office, the name of the company and the name of the legal representative)
4) Bank identity statement → RIB / IBAN / Statement of account /...
Constraints related to the documents
- Accepted formats: JPEG, JPG, GIF, PDF, PNG
- Maximum file size: 5 Mb
Step 2: Fill in the company's banking information
In My Account => Settings => Bank details, fill in all the company's bank details.
Step 3 : Fill in the declaration of beneficial owners (UBO)
Once steps 1 and 2 have been completed, you will receive from our payment provider Hipay an Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) form.
Once completed and validated by Hipay, please notify your Account Manager or notify support.
Do not hesitate to check your spam box regularly.
Step 4: Configure your shipping costs
In My Account => Settings => Delivery configuration, activate all the desired delivery zones.
To customize the shipping costs for a particular delivery zone, click on "Edit shipping costs".
