FTP/HTTPS configuration

Concerns only products and offers.
Does not automate the sales cycle

From the store, click on My Account > Settings > Imports

Fill in the information to configure your FTP by clicking on Activated and test your settings by clicking on the Test Connector button.

What are APIs?

API (Application Programming Interface) is a set of routines, protocols and tools for building software applications. The API specifies how software components should interact and are used when programming graphical user interface components.

It is an integrated web service, which allows you to exchange data such as:

1. Stock levels and prices

2. Order management process

APIs increase efficiency whilst decreasing the need for manual work. It can also improve customer response times.

OPERATOR provides all the following key APIs:

Shop Management
Product and Offer Management
Client and Order Management

To use and test API feeds, you need to configure your store through an API key.

Click on My User Preferences > API Key > Generate New Key

The Store API Key is strictly confidential. It can only be disclosed (if necessary) to the Marketplace team.
