Catalogue import - Manual creation

Click on : My Stock > Add an offer

1 - Before creating a product, check if it already exists using the search bar

2 - If the product does not exist, you can create it manually on your store by clicking on + Create a product

3 - If the product already exists, you can simply add offer (price + quantity) on it by clicking on + Sell this product

Click on: My Stock > Add an offer > Create a product

1 - Choose the right category and sub-category

2 - Fill in the characteristics of your product 

Instructions for Product Features : 

• Parts marked with a red asterisk must be filled in. 
• If your Brand does not appear in the list, please contact your Account Manager to create it.  
• Images must be in jpg format and not exceed 10MB in size. To import more than 3 images or a video, please contact your Account Manager. 
• PDF manual: do not fill in (not yet available). 
• Main image key/ Image key 2/ Image key 3: do not fill in these parts. 
• SP2_Sport: fill in the sport related to the product
• Fill in as many attributes as possible (Gender, Main Color, SP4...) to optimize the categorization of your product

Variant configuration: 

Click on: My Stock > Add an offer > Create a product

Use the Variant Configuration to gather products with different sizes.  

We collect products only by size, not by color. To collect variants, the products must have exactly the same characteristics (same color...) and differ only in size

1 - Click on Add a variant

2 - Fill in the product size information (Seller SKU, EAN, Size....). Please refer to the following slide for more information. 

Features Offer

Click on: My Stock > Add an offer > Create a product

3 - Fill in the information of the offer (to be done for all size variants of a product)  

Instructions for Features Offer:

• Seller SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): unique reference of a product for a given seller, at a given price. 
• EAN: must contain 13 digits. For resellers/distributors, fill in the official EAN of the product. 
• Prices: in euros (€), VAT included. 
• Logistics family: select the desired logistic class per product (refer to the store configuration section for more information)
• Price information / Description: do not fill in
• Offer SKU: fill this section with your Seller SKU to better identify your offers.  
• Availability, Discounted price, Discount period: do not fill in these parts not yet available.  
• Shipping time: number of working days needed to ship the product to the final customer (refer to LEADTIME-To-SHIP section)

Controlling your imports

Click on: My Stock > Import by file > Follow-up of product/offer imports

You can easily control all your imports (offers or products) from your store. You can also download the error report to understand how to modify your manual product or offer creations.
