Add users
In the “Settings” drop-down menu, you'll find “Users” :
Once on this page, you can add a user using the associated button :
Then enter the e-mail address and language associated with the account.
Manage functions
Mirakl offers different roles according to the responsibilities of the associated accounts. These functions allow you to segment the fields of use offered by the platform according to employees' missions.
You will find the list below:
User roles
User rights management is based on the following concepts:
Roles: give access to specific areas of activity on the platform (for example, the “Store account management” role assigned to a store account manager in charge of salespeople).
Permissions: correspond to the actions associated with a role (for example, the “Bank details” permission, which concerns access to store banking data).
Rights: specify the extent to which a permission grants access, including “No access”, “Editor” (edit mode) or “Reader” (read-only mode) (for example, granting read-only access to store bank data, for a specific role, by selecting the “Reader” user right).
Users cannot modify their own roles. If users need to modify their roles, they must contact an operator with the technical administration role.
For security reasons, it is advisable to regularly deactivate old user accounts and delete recently unused user accounts.
Deactivate a user :
In the “Enabled” column of a user's row, uncheck the box.
Click on Save.
Mirakl deactivates the user. The user can now be deleted, if necessary.
Deleting a user:
You can only delete users who have been deactivated on the platform.
On the right-hand side of a user's line, click on the checkbox. A confirmation dialog box appears.
Click on Delete.

Support is always there to help. Don't hesitate to open a ticket to help you manage your account. By remotely logging on to an account with full rights, we can grant and revoke user access to store accounts on the platform.
Please note:
Actions are nevertheless limited. It is not possible to :
- send messages or start new threads,
- reply to or delete notices,
- accept quotes (in the Services module),
- display or generate the seller's API key,
- view the seller's bank account information.
It's important to take this into account and master these areas.
