Calculation:

Acceptance time: +24 hours by default

Average shipping time: +24 hours by default OR Shipping time: + X days

Delivery types : "Standard" (adds 48h to the global calculation) / "Express" (adds 24h to the global calculation)

NB: the end of day deadline is 4pm. We then add 24 hours to the calculation of the overall delivery time.

What is it?

Acceptance time: Average time between the notification of the order and its acceptance

Average shipping time: Average time required to ship an order from your warehouse to the carrier.

Delivery types: Both delivery modes (Express VS Standard) have their own delivery speed.

How to change?

Acceptance time: The acceptance time is an incompressible fact.

Average shipping time: This data is adjustable. If you need a specific shipping time for a given offer, indicate the appropriate number of days in the "Shipping Time" section of your offer import. This data will replace the average shipping time.

Delivery Types: To change the delivery types, click on: My Account > Settings > Shipping Setup > Manage Shipping Charges.

Click on: delivery configuration > edit shipping costs to fill in the logistic classes.

Access the product offering to choose the logistics class that will be assigned to it.

- I go to the product offer, I put "standard at home" (48h).

- I enter the number of delivery days in the product offer.

- In the product offer, I choose the logistics class to assign to it.
