How do I configure my delivery information?

I. How to add/configure delivery methods (e.g., Pickup Point)

Mirakl: Settings --> Shipping --> Shipping Charges

Click on the relevant country (highlighted in blue in the screenshot)

"More actions" in the top right --> Edit methods --> Only selected methods

= You can select the missing delivery methods and activate them

Then when you click on each possible delivery option, you can also configure the free shipping costs according to the minimum purchase.

You can choose your delivery zone by clicking on the "Delivery Zone" drop-down tab.

You can fill in the "Small" and "Large" logistics categories based on your product category.

Note: The "Medium" logistics category is not available.

You can fill in the "Personal" field (1 to 5) if you require specific shipping costs.

You can choose the shipping method (Standard, Express, and Mondial Relay).

By checking the "Free amount" box, you can choose your shipping costs.

Remember to save your changes for each shipping zone.

You must set the initial price and the additional price for each additional sale in each category.

The initial shipping price applies to the item in the cart with the highest initial shipping price.

II. To customize your shipping grid

Mirakl: Settings --> Shipping --> Shipping Options

A) Set shipping time!

Do not leave the default value at 0, as this means that when the customer orders, you will forward the package to the carrier the same day.

B) Order Cut-Off Time: This is the latest time an order can be placed to meet the delivery deadline.

You can change this for each delivery option by clicking "Edit" on the right.

C) Delivery Options

Remember to set your delivery times by zone so that the customer has an indication when placing an order!
