If one of your bank documents is no longer valid, HiPay automatically checks its validity. If one of the documents is expired or invalid, billing will not be carried out automatically. It is necessary to contact our support by opening a ticket in order to provide you with as much information as possible, as well as assistance to better guide you.
Incident orders
When a customer declares an incident concerning your order, the sum also remains pending, as invoicing can only be carried out when the customer definitively validates the transaction and does not retract.
