The Mirakl Catalog Manager shows how far each product listing you created has progressed through validation. This article explains where to read that status in the Catalog Manager, what each of the six possible statuses means and how to open the related comment.
Where do I track product validation in Mirakl?
Open the Catalog Manager in your Mirakl back office. The list view of your catalog shows the validation status of every product listing you created.
What does each validation status mean?
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The data is valid and your product is about to be reviewed by the Marketplace team. |
| Invalid data | The data is invalid and the product will not be published as it stands. The listing needs to be completed with mandatory information. |
| Changes required | The product is rejected temporarily until you make changes. The reasons are detailed in the article Why was my product rejected? |
| Rejected | Your product was rejected permanently. Click the question mark to see the reason for the rejection (example: The product does not comply with the terms of use of Alltricks). |
| Published | Your product was accepted by the Marketplace team and has synchronized to the website. |
| Publication error | Your product was accepted by the Marketplace team but did not synchronize for the first time, or was not updated after an automatic check. The messages are detailed in the article What do my product publication errors mean? |
How long does the Marketplace team take to validate my products?
Products are reviewed by our teams on a rolling basis, usually within 48 hours. This benchmark can stretch during peak periods: it is not a firm deadline, and there is no fast-track validation process.
A product with the Pending status therefore requires no action from you: it is in the review queue. If the wait exceeds 5 days, open a ticket: that is the threshold at which a check on our side is justified.

Check the actual status of your products in Catalog Manager before opening a ticket: the Invalid data and Changes required statuses are waiting for an action from you and will not progress on their own.
How do I open the comment attached to a status?
For most of these statuses, a comment explains the decision made by the Marketplace team. Open the product listing in Mirakl, then click the question mark on the right of the status.

Read this comment in Mirakl and not in your feed aggregator: the information is not always passed on there.
How do I view the offers linked to my products?
The Catalog Manager also displays the Offer entries linked to the products you pushed.
Spotting products that are already online but have no offer attached helps you identify missed opportunities and adjust your priorities. By focusing on those products, you maximize your presence and your chances of selling, while keeping full coverage of your catalog.
