Via the offer file (or the offers you push), you can add additional information if necessary:
- You can add shipping business days to increase the lead time to ship for a particular offer.
- You can add the logistics family for your offers and shipping costs will be automatically updated.
- You can update your discounted/promotional products.

Examples of common errors:
The product does not exist → The EAN product listing does not yet exist in the catalog; it must be created beforehand for the offer to be accepted.
WAIT until your product has been created before pushing the offer.
The price must be between the minimum and maximum limits of the platform → The price entered exceeds €99,999, which cannot be accepted by Mirakl.
The product linked to the new offer is different from the product linked to an old offer which has the same shop ID. → It is possible that there has been an EAN update. If this is the case, it is best to contact support to resolve the issue.
The status of the product is unknown → The EAN product sheet has not yet been published, so the offer does not have a direct match with a reference.
