How do i fill in my contact details ?

The contact details you fill in when registering are used to create your shop account and are automatically passed on to HiPay, our payment provider. This article lists the information to prepare, how to complete the form, and the point to watch on the email address.

Before you start

• The registration link sent by Alltricks, valid for 48 hours
• Your company identification documents (registration number, business address)

Prepare the information requested in the Alltricks registration form

The Alltricks registration form asks for the following items:

• Contact email address
• Password
• Company name
• Company registration number
• Contact details
• Name of the company legal representative
• Email address to be displayed on the invoice
• Business address

Fill in the Alltricks registration form

1. Open the registration link you received.
2. Fill in the required fields using the information you prepared.
3. Submit the form.

Choose the right contact email address

The email address entered in your account information is the one automatically passed on to HiPay for contact purposes. Your company must therefore be able to access it easily and over the long term, otherwise activating your payment account will require additional steps.
