A product can be permanently rejected on the Alltricks marketplace with one of these two reasons, displayed in English in Mirakl:

• The product does not comply with the terms of use of Alltricks
• This brand is not or no longer accepted on Alltricks

The (Hors reco) mentions on Cervelo and Scott are reproduced exactly as they appear in the original list.

Which words are prohibited on the Alltricks marketplace?

The word Guidoline is a protected name: it is reserved for products of the VELOX brand. Other brands must use the term ruban de cintre (handlebar tape). This rule comes from the Alltricks source 101000448926 and applies in particular to titles: see How do I optimize my product titles?

What should I do if I consider that my product can be accepted?

If you consider that your product can be accepted on the Alltricks marketplace, contact support so that the product can be re-assessed. Give the product reference concerned and the rejection reason displayed in Mirakl.
