Which requirements must my product photos meet?
- The main image is on a white background, with the focus on the product.
- The expected format is jpg.
- The maximum accepted file size is 10 MB. A file size below 1 MB is recommended for page loading time.
- The main image must meet the quality criteria: sharpness, centering, zoom level and product profile.

How do I get images on a white background?
Two cutout tools are recommended to move your visuals onto a white background:
- Remove.bg, free, for a small number of products.
- Autoretouch, paid at 0.25 EUR per image, whatever the number of products.
