First of all, make sure you have an account: it gives you access to the documentation and to ticket creation.
How do I create a support ticket?
Fill in the Marketplace support ticket form.
What do my ticket statuses mean?
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | The Alltricks team is going to handle the ticket. |
| Pending | You have 48h to reply if needed. After that, the ticket is considered resolved. |
| Waiting on third party | Alltricks is waiting for an answer from someone outside the team (HiPay, IT team, etc.) before replying to you. |
| Resolved | You have 48h to reply if the problem persists. After that, the ticket is closed. |
| Closed | The request is considered handled. |
Why one request = one ticket?
To make handling faster and easier for the Alltricks teams, create a new ticket for each new request. It also lets you track your requests more easily from your support account.
