The Mirakl Connect app connects your Shopify shop to the Alltricks marketplace. This article explains how to install the app, retrieve your Mirakl credentials, and what is synchronised once the connection is live.
Before you start
- Access to your Shopify dashboard
- Access to your Mirakl seller account
Step 1 — Install the Mirakl Connect app on Shopify
Install the Mirakl Connect app from the Shopify App Store, then open it from your Shopify dashboard.
Step 2 — Retrieve my Mirakl credentials
To connect your Mirakl account to Shopify, you need two items: your seller ID (Shop ID) and your Mirakl API key.
Log in to your seller account on the Mirakl platform. Your seller ID is usually displayed at the top left of the home page.
To get your API key, click the icon in the top right corner, then Profile and finally API key. If you do not have an API key yet, you can generate a new one.
Step 3 — Connect my Mirakl account to Shopify
In the Mirakl Connect app, follow the instructions to connect your Mirakl account to Shopify, entering your Shop ID and your API key.
Step 4 — Check the synchronisation of my products and orders
- Your products: the app automatically synchronises your Shopify products with Alltricks.
- Your orders: orders placed on Alltricks appear directly in your Shopify interface.
