Which APIs cover the Mirakl order lifecycle?
The purpose of the Mirakl Shop API is to handle the entire lifecycle of Marketplace orders: from receiving new orders to processing and shipping them, including tracking the order status.

The calls available on orders are the following:

| OR11 | Get new orders or updates to the state of existing orders. |
| OR21 | Accept a new order. |
| OR23 | Enter the tracking information for the customer parcel. |
| OR24 | Confirm that the order has been shipped. |
| OR28 | Request a refund on an order line. The refund is processed by the operator. |
| OR51 | Check the evaluations customers left on your orders. |
| OR71 | Download the Mirakl shipping note. |
| OR74 | Upload an invoice for a customer order. |
| OR82 | Download the invoice of a customer order. |

ℹ️ Good to know
Your API key is retrieved from your Mirakl seller account: click the icon in the top right corner, then Profile and finally API key. If you do not have one yet, you can generate one.
