INTERNATIONAL: Configure Shipping

For all international sales, each seller must offer at least one delivery option either to the customer’s home or to a pickup location priced at €3.99 or less.

This threshold is non‑negotiable and forms a core pillar of the Alltricks customer experience across Europe.

Standard delivery times must not exceed 8 days, while Express delivery (optional for sellers) must be completed within 48 hours at a maximum cost of €20.

Returns must be free in all countries.

This framework ensures international consistency while addressing local expectations: free returns in the Netherlands, strong price sensitivity in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, and a high demand for reliability in Germany.

It is essential that you set your delivery times transparently, accurately, and realistically. 

Certain markets, particularly Germany and the Netherlands, have high expectations regarding reliability and clarity in delivery commitments.
