You can add shipping working days to increase the leadtime-to-ship of a particular offer.
You can modify the Logistics Family of your offers, and shipping costs will be automatically updated online.
To create promotions, fill in the discounted price in “Price” and fill in the “Suggested retail price” (in the Additional information section) with the initial price. To ensure that the discounted price is visible online, please contact your Account Manager.
Examples of errors :
The product does not exist → The EAN product sheet does not yet exist in the catalog, it must be created beforehand for the offer to find takers.
The price must be between the minimum and maximum limits of the platform → The filled price exceeds 99.999€ which cannot be taken into account by Mirakl.
The product linked to the new offer is different from the product linked to an old offer which has the same shop id. → There may have been an EAN update. If this is the case, it is advisable to contact support to rectify the situation.
The state of the product is unknown → The EAN product sheet is not yet in published status, so the offer has no direct match with a reference.
