How do I accept or reject my orders?

Every new order stays pending until you accept or reject it in your Mirakl back office. This article covers both ways of doing it: order by order, or in bulk from the list of orders to process.

Before you start

• Access to your Mirakl back office with rights on the My orders menu
• An up-to-date stock level for the references included in the order

Accepting an order manually in Mirakl

Click My orders > All orders, then the order number.

1. Click the order number to open the order details page.
2. Check your stock.
3. Confirm the order by clicking the Accept or Refuse button.

Processing my orders in bulk in Mirakl

Click My orders > Orders to process.

Select the status you want to apply to the orders. Three actions are available:

• Accept / Cancel / Refuse orders
• Confirm a shipment
• Download delivery notes

Tick the boxes of the orders whose status you want to update, then click Confirm.
