Refunds (total or partial) can be made up to two years after the order has been placed.
Several options are available for a refund:
- Total order
- Single product
- Shipping costs
When a refund is made two years after the order, you must refund outside Mirakl. You must request the bank account details by message on Mirakl and make the refund yourself to the customer's account.
You can then ask your Account Manager or Support to refund the commission so that we can deduct the amount from your account.
N.B.: Your average reimbursement rate must not exceed 8%.
