Your store will need to go through a KYC validation process by HiPay, our payment provider. This is a necessary step, and you must provide the following documents for businesses: 

 

  • Photocopy of the identity document (Copy of the front and back of a valid identity document of the legal representative of the company).
  • Bank account statement (Bank account details ("RIB"/IBAN) / Official account statement)
  • KBIS of the company (Document attesting to the registration of the company issued within the last three months)
  • Articles of Incorporation (signed Articles of Association with division of powers)

 

You must also fill in your bank details in "My Account" then "Settings" then "Bank details".

 

Then send an email to your Account Manager, so that he can open your HiPay account.

 

These documents are then validated by HiPay (3-5 business days), and if the documents are validated, they will send you a confirmation email and a link to make your Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) declaration. 

 

* Documents must be images (jpg, jpeg, png...) or PDF files. The maximum file size of a document to be uploaded is 15 MB.

[The above process may take a few days. This should not prevent you from uploading your products and offers. All stores are created in "suspended" mode by default, and will only be activated after confirmation from your Account Manager. ]

- when you have connection problems with your CDMs

- when you have problems filling your UBOs.
