I don't understand why the product was rejected

In your catalog list view, you can sort your records according to their status. This article is dedicated to files with “Modifications required” or “Rejected” status. To consult the reason for refusal, simply click on the greyed-out question mark:

Here's an exhaustive list of the different reasons and the actions to be taken for each.

Permanent refusal

The product does not comply with the terms of use of Alltricks

The product does not fit into the Alltricks universe. Example of frequent cases:

1. Lifestyle product 
2. Military product
3. Scooters

This category is not or no longer accepted on Alltricks

The category does not fit or no longer fits in the Alltricks universe.

1. Streetwear shoes
2. Lifestyle watches

This brand is not or no longer accepted on Alltricks

The brand does not fit or no longer fits in the Alltricks universe. Some brands are only blocked on the marketplace for exclusivity reasons. 

You can request the list of brands concerned by asking support via ticket creation.

Prohibited for sale - Potential counterfeit

This product is potentially counterfeit and its sale is prohibited.

Specific case :

The reason for refusal will be indicated in a comment by our catalog team.

Temporary refusal 

It is important to note the Allticks catalog team can only mention one reason for refusal at a time.

For example, if your product is missing the brand and the SP4, you will only receive the information that the brand is missing. We therefore advise you to check if there are any other errors by going to your Mirakl space >>> Stock >>> Catalog management. 

The following list of temporary refusals will be specified in the order of the checklist of our teams for the treatment of your products in most cases.  

The brand is missing

The brand is missing. If the brand does not exist in the proposed list, please contact support so that our teams can create it.

Since the 1st of June, you have to create your products with the new tree structure or your product flow will be cut

Remember to use the new tree structure, otherwise your product feed will be instantly cut off by our teams. You will need to contact support to reopen the feed.

The EAN is missing

The EAN is missing. Check that you have pushed it to the right format (13 digits).

The image is missing

The image is missing. If you are sure that you are pushing an image, check that it is in the right format.

The background of the image has to be white

The product must at least have its main image in white background with a focus on the product. Example: 

The main image has to be modified

The main image does not meet the quality criteria:

• Sharpness
• Centering
• Zoom
• Profile

In short, anything that doesn't allow the subtleties of the product to be properly recognized.

The category is inaccurate

The category you have chosen for the product is not the right one. If you think you've set the right category, go to your Mirakl space to check if you're not getting the message:

In this case, don't hesitate to ask support for help by sending your list of EANs for a clear explanation of the problem.

The title has to be modified

Titles made up entirely of capital letters, or too many of them, are out of the question.

Your title may also be too short or too long, needing to be expanded or simplified. It may also contain forbidden words (e.g. motorcycle).

The Variant Group Code (VGC) is missing

You are missing the grouping attribute which allows you to group products by size in the broadest sense. It is mandatory on helmets, adult bikes, bags and textiles even if there is only one size variation. If you are unsure about its use, push your product feed without the VGC then add it manually as shown on the 2ᵉ video here "All about the variant group code (English Subtitles)" 

VGC Error (All informations in our FAQ)

There's an error concerning the grouping variable attribute, which allows you to group products by size in the broadest sense. It's mandatory on helmets, adult bikes, bags and textiles, even if there's only one size variation. If you're not sure how to use it, push your product feed without the VGC and then add it manually, as shown in the second video here: "All about the variant group code (English Subtitles)".

It's important to understand that in the event of an erroneous first import on your part, Mirakl retains the first version without taking into account any updates you may make. If you have associated two products of the same color within the same VGC, this is irreversible.

You must contact support with the EAN list of the products concerned and ask us to delete them so that you can repost the feed correctly.

Description of your product has to be modified

Your description is too short or contains forbidden words (e.g. motorcycle).

Follow the instructions of the pinned comment

Our catalog team will comment on the reason and tell you what specific changes need to be made. This reason may also refer to a ticket discussed with you directly.

Legal reason - Please check the comment or ask the support 

Your file contains one or more elements that do not respect a legal aspect:

• Protected name :

• The word "Guidoline" may only be used on VELOX brand products. For other brands, the appropriate term is "Ruban de Cintre".

One or multiple attributes are missing 

One or more mandatory attributes are missing. This can frequently be SP2 (product sport family), SP4 (sub-category), or an attribute specific to the pushed product category.

One or multiple attributes are incorrect

One or more attributes are faulty and need to be changed. If accepted by the catalog team, this could incorrectly categorize the product or give the wrong information to the customer. If you can't find the value you need, don't hesitate to ask support by opening a ticket.

"SP2" incorrect

You're missing the SP2 that corresponds to the product's sport universe. 

Example: Blue running shoes >>> SP2_Sport = Running.

"SP4" incorrect

You're missing the SP4 that corresponds to the product sub-category.

Example : 

• Product = Green Elliptical 12 predefined modes 
• Category = Exercise bikes - ellipticals - rowing machines
• SP4_Fitness equipment = Elliptical

Warning ! The SP4 is specific to each category, so if you don't find the value you want, try changing the category of your product.
